These above mentioned ingredients are the most common to be used in our food. They don't only bring out the flavour in our food but also have some beauty benefits.

  • ONION & TURMERIC: Onion and turmeric juice when applied on face helps to remove dark patches and pigmentation. Onion is rich in Vitamin A and E thus helps in getting healthy and glowing skin.
  • GINGER & GARLIC: Fresh ginger can fix hypopigmentation (a patch of skin gets lighter than actual skin color). Mix garlic juice with white vinegar and apply on skin several times a day to treat acne.
  • CARDAMOM: Cardamom seeds help in cleansing the skin, thereby removing all toxins and giving it a natural glow.
  • CINNAMON: Cinnamon is said to improve fine lines by plumping the skin. This means that using cinnamon can stimulate blood vessels and bring blood to the surface of the skin.
  • CUMIN: Vitamin E present in cumin triggers the anti-ageing processes within the body, thus preventing pre-mature ageing symptoms. It acts as an antioxidant to combat the free radicals that attack the skin and cause signs of ageing like wrinkles, age spots and sagging skin.
  • BLACK CLOVE: Clove or clove oil prevents hair loss and helps to thicken hair.
  • BLACK PEPPER: Including black pepper in your daily diet helps your skin against premature ageing because of high amount of anti-oxidants present in it.
  • RED CHILI: Recent medical studies have determined that capsaicin and dihydrocapsiate, substances found in chili peppers, help to boost energy expenditure for several hours following the consumption of a chili-laden meal resulting in burnt stored fat.
  • CORIANDER: Absorbs excess oil from skin. If you have oily skin, apply coriander juice on your skin and wash it off after an hour.
