All you need to know to get fuller lips instantly!!!
Plumped up lips have been the rage for what seems like an eternity. But while some of us have been gifted naturally when it comes to fuller lips, others have not been so lucky. If you are one of the latter here is what you can do to fake it.
Brush your lips:Scrubbing your lips with a brush will not just help you get rid of the unflattering flakes but will also boost blood circulation in your lips. This will plump them up naturally. An added bonus: brushing will make your pout rosier.
Faux shadow around the lips:
Shadows around the lips give an illusion of fuller lips. Use a bronzer or a pressed powder darker than your actual match to shade right below your lower lip line. This will create a faux shadow and give instant volume to your lower lip.
Your majesty: The Lip Liner:
Lip liners not just ensure that your lipstick stays-put but provide a larger area for your lipstick to be applied on. For an enhanced effect, try using a nude lip liner.
Go outside the lines:
Do the Gradient:Marilyn Monroe was famous for this and now we follow her lead. Try to use a lip liner a shade or two darker than your lipstick. The darker lip liner will recede into the background and draw attention to the lighter lipstick in the center of your lips thus making them appear plumper.
Highlight the Cupid's Bow:
This small region at the center of your upper lip is the ultimate tool in faking a fuller pout. Just highlight your Cupid's Bow and the results will be dramatic.
Lip lustre is a must:
Lip glosses may have been a substantial part of your teenage years but there is no denying there importance even now. The shimmery glosses make your lips appear fuller by reflecting more light. So the next time you wear a lipstick, be sure to top it off with a clear gloss to get fuller lips instantly.
Dark lips are a sin:
Dark colors have a tendency to recede and blend with the background. So if you are trying to fake fuller lips, sporting dark lip colors will deprive them of all attention. Try instead a nude or a coral.
I hope these tips are helpful. In case you have other tips to make your lips look bigger then don't hesitate to comment below.
Love,
Maria
