L'OREAL PARIS COLOR RICHE COLLECTION EXCLUSIVE PURE REDS LAUNCH ~ The Sisters Go Shopping

On 7th February, 2015 L’Oréal Paris, exclusively launched the Color Riche Exclusive Pure Reds Collection, a collection of matte reds, in association with acclaimed fashion design house Sublime by Sara. The event took place in the avant-garde X2 Cafe in Lahore. Hira and I were also invited to the event for which we would like to thank the Lotus Pr.
When we arrived there we were escorted by a very nice member of the Lotus Pr who directed us to the waiting area and then later kept us company until the event started. Immediately after arriving at the venue we were offered welcome drinks. During this time, other guests also arrived, some of whom were the creme de la creme's of the fashion and beauty industry. Our time before the start was spent mingling with the other guests and bloggers.
Afterwards we were led to the area where the event was to take place. The place was a site to behold. Pairing giant red lipsticks and mannequins draped in various hues of red with the contrasting white, the event management team at Eleventh Retail had successfully created an environment of sophisticated appeal. It opened with an introductory note from Fahad Feroze, Junior Product Manager L’Oréal Paris Makeup, followed by addresses from Sabeen Kazi, Makeup Business Manager L’Oréal Pakistan who spoke about the Pure Reds Collection and L’Oréal Paris Makeup, Sara Shahid of Sublime by Sara who spoke about her Pure Rouge Collection and collaboration with L’Oréal Paris followed by an address from L’Oréal Paris Pakistan Spokesperson Mehreen Syed and Hassan Sheheryar Yasin who spoke about L’Oréal Paris' work and efforts in setting beauty industry benchmarks.
Following this was High Tea at X2 cafe. The modern simplicity of the cafe had already stolen my heart. The delectable food was a cherry on the top. It included a myriad of salads. The main course included an equally palatable range of foods. My favorite, as always were the desserts. If you dont know it already, I have a sweet tooth and my eyes had been for the colorful tarts and mousse's the moment I had entered the cafe ( now you think of me as a bhookhi ) and I tried as many of them as I could.

For the ‘Pure Rouge’ capsule collection by Sublime by Sara, Fashion Designer Sara Shahid has created an exclusive Valentine’s Day collection based on each of the 5 shades of the Pure Reds collection. With a price range of PKR 5,000 to PKR 25,000, the Pure Rouge Valentine’s collection will be available for purchase at the Sublime by Sara Studio in Lahore. Additionally, on purchase of worth PKR 10,000 and above, customers will get a free Pure Reds Collection shade.

An ultra-feminine collection, the Pure Reds range includes 5 matte shades inspired by international L’Oréal Paris muses; Blake Lively [Pure Ruby], Eva Longoria [Pure Brick], Frieda Pinto [Pure Amaranthe], Jennifer Lopez [Pure Rouge] and Liya Kebede [Pure Scarlato], priced at PKR 1,800.
