Bee Happy Lickable Lip Scrub satisfies your sugar cravings but is it as good at scrubing your lips? You can't know until you click for more.

The Brand Claims:
BEE-HAPPY is packed full of fresh peppermint that gives tingly cooling feeling. With a clean finger, apply & exfoliate to improve texture, leaving lips moisturized and soft. Be sure to lick off the minty flavor to freshen your breath and to satisfy your sweet tooth. Your lips are prepared for your favorite lip color, balm or a smooch.
How To Use:
With a clean finger rub a small amount on the lips.
**Pregnant women use with caution.

My Experience:
I have already explained about Well Beeing in an earlier post. Click here to read the post if you haven't already.
Well Beeing's lip scrubs are available in 3 variants: Bee-Happy, Bee-Berry and Bee-Kissed Exfoliating Almond+Sugar Lip Polish. Bee Happy Lickable Lip Scrub (I discovered a tongue twister here) is the one I got to try. It has peppermint essential oil in it.
It comes in a similar packaging as Bee Minty Lip Balm. Bee Happy both smoothes and hydrates your lips. But its not effective against the harsh weather on its own and has to be followed by a lip balm. I have noticed that if I use it before applying lipsticks, they don't settle into the fine lines of my lips and the fine lines are less emphasised.
The lip scrub is made of 100% organic and biodegradable ingredients so it is safe to lick it from your lips after use. And boy! does it taste good. Like most of the other Well-Beeing products, Bee-Minty is unisex.

Pros:
  • Natural ingredients and handcrafted.
  • Travel friendly packaging.
  • Unisex product.
  • Hydrates and smooths lips.
  • Refreshing scent and yummy taste.
Cons:
  • It not very effective at its job.
  • Doen't not work for dry, chapped lips.
Price & Availability: Bee-Happy Lickable Lip Scrub can be bought for PKR 250 (approx. $2.5) through Well-Beeing's facebook page or their website. They deliver all over Pakistan.
My Rating: 3/5

Have you tried any Well-Beeing products? How was your experience with them?
Love,
Maria.

  2. I have to agree with your review. Its definitely not the best scrub for dried chapped lips. However, it still exfoliates the lips decently.

    1. The other variants by Well-Beeing might be worth a try if you want something for dry chapped lips. They have a more heavier formula....

  5. It doesn't sound pleasing enough. I have been looking for lip scrubs locally available and it seems like nobody else does any! xx
