Ever since its launch, Maybelline Baby Lips has become one of the most sought after products of Maybelline.
The Brand Claims: No more basic lip balm.
Our exclusive formula moisturizes lips for a full 8 hours.
Lips are renewed after 1 week* (*Based on panelists’ self-evaluations)
My Experience:
Maybelline has launched three shades of Baby Lips in Pakistan: Quenched, Cherry Me and Pink Punch. Quenched is transparent while Cherry Me and Pink Punch provide a hint of color with moisturization. Today I will be reviewing Baby Lips in shade Cherry Me (Read Haul Post), which is a beautiful berry shade.
First up I'll say the packaging is adorable and colorful. Its sturdy enough to carry around in the bag. Cherry Me smells like berries and unfortunately I am not a fan. It seems kinda syrupy to me. The smell is strong and lingers even after application.
The color shows up as a hint of pink on my pigmented lips that stays for up till 2 to 3 hours. It keeps my lips hydrated for about 6 to 7 hours though. I don't think Baby Lips will be moisturizing enough for extremely dry, chapped lips. It works more towards preventing the damage to your lips rather than correcting that is already done unless it is mild. Its regular use does improve the condition of my lips. They feel softer, plumper and smoother.
All in all, Baby Lips is a good product that moisturizes your lips in summer without feeling heavy and helps keep them healthy in winter. This product is not your answer if you are looking for more color than hydration though.

DeleteHey Hira, thank you for visiting my page.
ReplyDeleteI really like baby lips. I tried Cherry Kiss which is a shade available in my country. It def provides some moisturization to my dry lips and a tint of color.

great review dear! a lot of people are raving about maybelline's baby lips, but i also can't understand the fuzz. yes it's a cute lip balm, but it's ordinary and it doesn't seem to do wonders, for me, at least.
