My Experience:
To start with, I am really impressed with the number of brands available on the website. There is something to meet the requirements of people of every age and taste.
The layout of the website is really simple, making it quiet easy for amateurs to order from the website. I placed an order for a Change shirt on 25 April at 9pm and received a confirmation call within 10 minutes. Which was quiet surprising because most online stores do not process orders after 6pm. The expected delivery date for my order was 2 May but my order came as a happy surprise on 31 April.
The order came in a customized daraz.pk box sealed with a daraz.pk sealing tape. Within the box was my shirt in plastic packaging, my invoice, a return form in case there is an issue with the product and a discount voucher. The whole appearance was very professional. The size charts on the website are also very helpful in choosing the correct size.
Daraz offers free cash on delivery on orders above Rs 1500. If due to some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back with the return form to get a refund (* terms and conditions apply).
Though the variety of brands available is commendable, I would personally like to see Kayseria, Khaadi and lots and lots of makeup brands on Daraz.
To sum it up, I am really satisfied with the service provided by daraz.pk and will surely be shopping from them again in the future.
