Well Beeing's lip scrubs are available in 3 variants: Bee-Happy, Bee-Berry and Bee-Kissed Exfoliating Almond+Sugar Lip Polish. Bee Happy Lickable Lip Scrub (I discovered a tongue twister here) is the one I got to try. It has peppermint essential oil in it.
It comes in a similar packaging as Bee Minty Lip Balm. Bee Happy both smoothes and hydrates your lips. But its not effective against the harsh weather on its own and has to be followed by a lip balm. I have noticed that if I use it before applying lipsticks, they don't settle into the fine lines of my lips and the fine lines are less emphasised.
The lip scrub is made of 100% organic and biodegradable ingredients so it is safe to lick it from your lips after use. And boy! does it taste good. Like most of the other Well-Beeing products, Bee-Minty is unisex.

DeleteI have to agree with your review. Its definitely not the best scrub for dried chapped lips. However, it still exfoliates the lips decently.

The other variants by Well-Beeing might be worth a try if you want something for dry chapped lips. They have a more heavier formula....
